Here is a story.

There was once a factory in Japan where production declined, below quota. While trying to figure out why, one of the foremen tot perhaps the light is too dim for the workers, so he had brighter bulbs installed. Productivitey shot up, but after awhile, it dropped off again. Suspecting the light had something to do with it, he reinstalled the dimmer bulbs, expecting the productivity to go done futher. TO his surprised, productivity shot up. So he started swithing the bulbs every 2 weeks, first dimmer and brighter. Finally , productivity stayed up.

Moral of the story is tat ppl respond when they tink tat someone is paying them attention. So start doing it right now. No matter wat ppl do, say, or react, the truth is tat most of the time they wanted the attenion. No matter how strong a person, how popular the person is, they just feel inserure and did negative things.
