What is a customer to you? Someone who pay for the food and service? Is that too superficial Someone who is always right? Is that too pragmatic? I think a customer is someone who wants to be treated the way you wanted to be treated. With respect. With politeness. With empathy. After all, they are just a human being with feelings and emotions |
